Happy 2026, everyone! Wishing you abundance and prosperity this new year!
ChatGPT Health - a new major feature
OpenAI just launched ChatGPT Health (free)
It can help you make sense of your personal data, connect to health tools like Apple Health, MyFitnessPal and Weight Watchers; sync medical records to explain lab results or past visits; track patterns over time; help you prepare for doctor appointments; and break down your insurance options based on your history.

Everything stays in a separate, encrypted place. Information doesn’t get shared with other chats, and it doesn’t train the model for everyone else.
Use caution. Don’t upload any personally identifying information (name, address, or anything that isn’t needed to get the insights you want).

It’s not trying to replace your doctor; it’s helping you ask better questions and understand what is going on in your body and for you to stay on top of your health. If health data overwhelms you, this could change that.
Mel Robbins Best Year Workbook - in a web based app form
If you're a fan of Mel Robbins, you may have heard about her free workbook that she completes every year. It’s in PDF form on her website. So, I converted the PDF into a web application for easier use. Click on the image below, which takes you to the link for you to complete the pages. You can even have it emailed to you to keep better track of your experiences and insights/reflections from the past year, what you will stop doing, continue doing, start doing and your goals. Drag the email into your calendar and create a monthly appointment to remind yourself of your progress.

Create your 2026 vision board (free) in Gemini.
Vision boards help you stay on top of your goals. Create and print it out so it is a visible reminder to stay focused.
Create your account: https://gemini.google.com/app

Below is the prompt to use in Google Gemini (an excellent alternative to ChatGPT). Click on Tools and Create Image before clicking Enter. I also uploaded a photo of myself.
“Create a fun and energetic vision board for 2026 business goals. Horizontal layout with a cyan background and subtle purple accents.
At the top, display '2026 Goals' in puffy electric blue letters.
Arrange 5 goals in 2 rows:
Top Row (3 goals):
Launch AI Train the Trainer Program for Not-for-Profits: group of diverse people with lightbulb above them, teaching symbol
Grow Newsletter Subscriptions: envelope with upward arrow and growth chart
Grow SaaS Service Business: cloud icon with upward trending line
Bottom Row (2 goals):
Launch 3 Apps: three sleek mobile phone screens displaying app interfaces
Increase Workshop Bookings: calendar with checkmarks and people in presentation setting
Style: inspiring, AI-focused, tech and futuristic aesthetic, professional quality suitable for printing and social media. Clean, modern design with cohesive flow between all elements."
It came out just like this, but it had a white man on stage for increase workshop bookings. So they I added this prompt:
In the 'Increase Workshop Bookings' panel, replace the man on stage with an Asian woman, 35 years old, with black hair parted on the right side, soft bangs that stop at eye level, warm smile, wearing a black pants suit with a grey shirt underneath. Keep everything else in the vision board exactly the same."
⬇️ AI Bias Towards Women
Why Women Are Changing Their LinkedIn Profiles to Look Male
A mental health professional noticed her LinkedIn posts were losing visibility. She ran an experiment using ChatGPT to rewrite her profile with masculine language. Words like "communicator" became "leadership."
Her post impressions jumped four times higher in one week.
Other women tested the same approach. Many reported similar results.
LinkedIn denies its algorithms use gender to determine visibility. But experts say professional norms reward assertive, masculine language. Even neutral algorithms respond to patterns shaped by human behaviour.
Not everyone saw the same results. One Black writer reported her visibility dropped when presenting as male.
The question remains: do platforms need to work harder to ensure equal visibility?
What have you noticed about your LinkedIn posts?
AI is moving fast, and there are a lot of updates, but most won’t concern us. Don’t be overwhelmed by all the news! I got you! And, share this newsletter with your friends and family!!
